It’s time to let go of seeking approval.

I lovingly approve of myself.

My Guides and Angels unconditionally approve of me in every way.

My Higher Self, my Soul approves of every part of me. The hidden me, my secret thoughts. All of me.

There is nothing I need to do to deserve all of this approval.

It is just there, an ever flowing river of loving energy pouring my way.

I breathe in deeply now and accept unwavering approval. 

I breathe out and let go of the need for approval from others. 

I have it all within me.

I am enough.

I am enough, exactly as I am right now. With my past exactly as it was, and with my future as it will be. And with me, as I am.
